Bullying
This is my opinion on how to get rid of Bullying. What can we do about it? Why is it bad to bully people? What do people do to bully? Bullying is a very extremely bad thing to do to a person. (Especially when they are sensitive).

When a person bullies another person, the person bullying usually says "You are weird,""You are  dumb,""You are ugly." The average list of responses to this is insulting them back or walking away and crying or suicidal thoughts. 

If you want bullying to stop all you have to do is (instead of insulting them back) compliment them.  When you insult a bully back you give them power. You give the bully what he wants when you insult him back. Insulting them makes it more fun for the bully when you retaliate.

Retaliating means that the bully knows it bothers you. So when you are doing something important and the bully wants you to mess up, he will use the thing that he knows bothers. So when you compliment him, he will cease to enjoy bothering you. 

So when the bully says "You are ugly," "You are dumb,"and You are stupid." You say. "You have nice hair."" You are wearing a nice shirt.""You have some cool shoes dude." They will stop bothering you, because you showed them that them insulting you doesn't bother you.

Bully comes up to you "You are stupid Steve." "You look very nice today Paul.""You are the dumbest person ever.""Bro you are the smartest person I know.""Yea some much smarter than you. I bet you can't even do 2+2.""Yea I bet you could though."Bully starts to get confused. "You are so weird Steve." "Thank you for telling me that I've got to fix that." "Yea please do nobody likes you because of it." "Nobody likes me. Dang Paul I never thought that you would say something like that. Your clothes give off a nicer vibe." Bully gets tired of it and walks away. The bully never messes with you gain because he doesn't want to go through that process again.

I am going to say again this my opinion on how to deal with a bully. So if you want to punch a guy for wanting to get attention by bullying you go for it. Go the way that doesn't make you any better then the bully. Nobody teaches this today either. No teachers teach people how to deal with bullies. But this is a very affective way on how to deal with bullies. It's how I deal with them.
